ABOUT MY SPACE
Our studio is the entire floor of a factory building in a very industrial area in Red Hook in Brooklyn. We have approximately 2,700 sq. ft on the top floor. Loft-like we have huge skylights, tall ceilings and exposed beams. All hardwood floors and the beautiful light. Access to the roof which has an amazing view of Manhattan. Street has ample parking but can be difficult to find parking during midday.
The room has blankets, sheets, towels and also a closet. Plenty of room for clothes with a full size bed. We have a modern and large kitchen fully equipped for cooking, and a bathroom with a separate toilet and shower area. Lots of plants throughout and in the summer we have air conditioning.
The private room offered is part of a project art space. Please not that there are events happening while you are our guest. You will be informed to the best of our ability about the events that are occurring during your stay. There is also an artist residency on site. Staying with us is a good opportunity to meet local and international artists and to share in community of artists.

ABOUT MY WORK
I am the director of DE-CONSTRUK [projekts]. A project space for experimentation and creation. We have been in operation since 2013 and have made projects in US, Iceland, Czech Republic, and Germany.
DE-CONSTRUKT [projekts] is associated with my full service graphic design studio, DE-CONSTRUKT. We just relaunched our artist residency and also in the process of building a photography darkroom.
As an artist I have worked and exhibited in the US, Europe and and the Middle East. Currently focused on projects about race and identity specifically with Indigenous people and colonization.
