ABOUT MY SPACE
Hi and welcome. We are a family consisting of me (Berit) and my teenage-son.
I work as a freelance journalist and write about science. I have always travelled a lot, and have enjoyed to stay with different families all over the world. There's something about staying in a private home rather than a hotel, that appeals greatly to me.
The apartment is placed in between calm Frederiksberg and lively Vesterbro close to the center of Copenhagen. Close to both bars and restaurants in the area as well as some of Copenhagen's oldest parks and the Zoo.

ABOUT ME & MY WORK
I write about what happens in the brain scanner. Why we send animals into space. What new super materials the engineers are working on and the last discoveries of the geneticists.
Generally I work as a journalist and write for newspapers and magazines. Or I take the microphone out and make podcasts.
I know a lot about science dissemination, and can help you send your own project to the world.
“I really enjoyed meeting, living with and getting to know Berit and her work. We share interests and curiosity. It was a perfect match and place for me. And easy to come to as well. As creator I need communication, information and companionship, and I also need silence, and a space to work without interruptions. A delicate balance Berit lives herself. Also, the apartment is cozy, comfortable, warm, intimate. Nice neighbourhood. There is also a yard one can sit and enjoy. Thank you!”
"Berit was very kind and welcoming. Location was good and home and cats beautiful. "
