ABOUT MY SPACE
A small room in a family house on a quiet village-like area located in East London, 5-7 minutes walk to two train stations, Manor Park (3 stops away from Stratford, 4 stops away from Liverpool Street) and Woodgrange Park overground station.
The area is in Zone 3 when buying a travel card. No need to bring towels, shampoo etc. The room has a east-facing window and one wardrobe closet, a small desk and a reading lamp. We are all friendly and accommodating.

ABOUT MY WORK
In 2002, awarded a scholarship from the University College for the Creative Arts for the PhD research project Separate Landscape: Non-Place, Aesthetics and Landscape on the Tōkaidō Route, Japan. The research was a combination of painting and theory of space, place and aesthetics. The practice part of the research re-serialized Utagawa Hiroshige's series of prints from 1833. The PhD project was competed in 2007.
