Dylan’s Trifle Pudding
My mom used to make it since I was a kid.
- Sliced cake biscuits (e.g. Oreo)
- Dried fruit (e.g. apricots)
- Custard powder
Take a container with a reasonable base and a couple of inches high.
Create a single layer of sliced cake (placed horizontally).
Make the custard, follwing the instructions on the pack, then pour one third (1/3) of it over the cake layer.
Add a second layer of biscuits on top and add another third of the custard.
Make a layer of dried fruit over the custard then pour the remaining custard on top.
Let it set for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, make the jelly following the instructions.
Pour the jelly at the top.
Refrigerate for a few hours so that the jelly sets.
